Chittamani Buddhist Center is part of the The New Kadampa Tradition – International Kadampa Buddhist Union (NKT -IKBU). The NKT -IKBU is an international association of Mahayana Buddhist study and meditation centers that follow the Kadampa Buddhist tradition founded by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

In this series we will learn many practical meditations to overcome stress, develop positive minds and find inner peace! Class includes: Buddhist teaching, guided meditations, and discussion. Everybody is welcome to attend. Cost is $12/class.

Wishfulfilling Jewel with Tsog: Fridays, 5pm-6pm
