Georgetown Library Talk: Our Mind & Our Emotions

June 7 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Buddhist psychology teaches how to identify the habitual emotional habits that lead to unhappy states of mind. Simply noticing what your mind is doing can help you start to take control. Eventually we can learn how to react with healthier states of mind that lead to peace and happiness.

This morning class in Georgetown is suiitable for everyone and is taught by Donovan Acker from Kadampa Meditation Center Austin. Free.

**This event is not sponsored in any way by Georgetown Public Library or the City of Georgetown.
