Enjoy some respite from the busyness of everyday life and spend some time settling our mind. Two sessions of
meditation and contemplation will allow us to restore our mental peace as we engage in a silent morning with
no phones, no computers (except for zoom!) and no talking. Just peace.
Come to one or both sessions. Everyone welcome.
$10 per session. $20 for the morning. Free for members.
What to Expect
This is a live-streamed retreat. After you register, you’ll receive a Zoom link to join.
Set yourself up in a peaceful space at home—a quiet room or a cozy corner—and find
a comfortable seat. Please turn off all electronics except Zoom to support a calm and
focused environment.
The teacher will begin with a guided meditation, followed by gentle meditative instruction.
A second meditation will follow, offering a more specific focus or meditation object.
Between the two sessions, you’ll have a one-hour break to walk, rest, enjoy a meal or
a warm drink—whatever feels nourishing. Try to avoid your usual routine and give yourself
permission to truly slow down.
The second meditation session will follow the same structure.
Take this time to settle, breathe, and feel the peace.
