When Buddhist Psychology teaches how to identify the habitual emotional habits that lead to unhappy states of mind. Simply noticing what your mind is doing can help you start to take control. Eventually we can learn how to react with healthier states of mind that lead to peace and happiness. Sometimes we make finding a solution to our problems very complicated. In reality, Buddha said
love is the answer. With a mind of pure love, we can abide in peace and happiness all the time.
This day retreat will allow us to meditate on the three types of love and bring this elevated state of mind deep into our heart.
The day offers three sessions guided by Noreen Flack, Resident Teacher at KMC Austin. Live stream only!
