Karma is a vast topic in Buddhist practice but Buddha didn’t create the concept of karma, he simply revealed the inner workings of the mind as he discovered them. Negative karma that has been accumulated over many lives can often create obstacles along our spiritual practice and express itself in many suffering experiences in this life.
During this retreat, Resident Teacher Noreen Flack will share Buddha’s advice for purifying negative karma through the practice of Vajrasattva purification. In this way we can remove the negative karma we have accumulated over many lifetimes.
