Holiday stress and depression can be a common experience. Overspending, trying to keep everyone
happy, feelings of isolation and loneliness can leave us exhausted and overwhelmed.

Join us for this morning class as Donovan Acker, teacher from KMC Austin, shares Buddha’s wisdom for peace during the holiday season.
