SATURDAY, January 10
11AM-12:15PM
In a world full of external noise and constant change, real and lasting transformation begins not outside—but within. Please join us as Noreen Flack, Resident Teacher from Kadampa Meditation Center Austin will share the timeless wisdom of Buddha that point us inward, where clarity, peace, and true change are possible.
Whether you're new to Buddhism or deepening your practice, this journey offers a supportive space to slow down, look within, and begin the process of real change—from the inside out.
Free. Everyone welcome!

Noreen has studied and practiced Kadam Dharma under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for nearly 30 years. She spent much of her practice and training at Kadampa meditation Center Washington in Seattle and has taught both beginner and advanced meditators alike how to take Buddha’s teachings to heart. She is well loved for her teachings that combine sincerity, humor and countless examples of how to apply Dharma to family and work life. She is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Center Austin.
