Love, Desire and Relationships
Learning what true love really is
Saturdays | 5:15pm - 6:30pm

Finding a healthy relationship can be challenging. Yet we often don’t realize how our own expectations and needs can interfere with loving someone purely. And we often confuse the temporary happiness that a comfortable relationship can bring verses true happiness that comes from inner peace.

In this series, Noreen Flack, Resident Teacher from Kadampa Meditation Center Austin will share some of Buddha’s advice for building healthy and happy relationships.
