Buddhist psychology offers a deep insight into our mind, and shows how an understanding of its nature and functions can be used practically in everyday experience to improve our lives.
In this morning class with Noreen Flack, Resident Teacher at KMC Austin, we will introduce Buddhist teachings and meditations that allow us to stay balanced, stable and strong from within, whether life is easy or difficult. Everyone welcome!

Noreen has studied and practiced Kadam Dharma under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for nearly 30 years. She spent much of her practice and training at Kadampa Meditation Center Washington in Seattle and has taught both beginner and advanced meditators alike how to take Buddha’s teachings to heart. She is well loved for her teachings that combine sincerity, humor and countless examples of how to apply Dharma to family and work life. She is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Center Austin.
