Sunday morning meditation

Craving, Clinging and Letting Go

Sundays in February | 11am - 12:15pm

In Person & Livestream option

Buddha taught that much of our stress and dissatisfaction comes from craving—the restless urge for things to be different—and clinging, our habit of holding tightly to people, experiences, and outcomes. When life inevitably changes, this grasping leads to frustration, anxiety, and pain. In this series, Noreen Flack will share Buddhist teachings on craving and attachment, and learn practical methods for letting go without becoming passive or indifferent.

Each class offers a teaching, contemplation and guided meditation to help us discover how to cultivate inner freedom, emotional balance, and a more spacious relationship with our life as it is.
Everyone welcome! $12pp/$6 students & seniors
