uncertainties, information, and conflict in our world. Buddha’s Lojong (Training the Mind)
teachings show us how to transform challenges into the path, helping us find meaning, resilience,
and inner peace in daily life.

This series of classes taught by Noreen Flack, Resident Teacher at KMC Austin, will introduce
several methods for keeping our inner peace even when life’s challenges present
themselves. $12pp/$6 students & seniors. Everyone welcome!
