Thursdays in April
With the constant flow of information and the rush of modern life, it can be difficult to truly relax—even when we
have a few quiet minutes to ourselves. A restless mind can easily slip into agitation, distraction, or boredom.
In this Thursday evening class taught by Noreen Flack, Resident Teacher, discover the value of meditation and
learn how to look more deeply within your own mind. Through gentle guidance and practical techniques, you’ll begin
to cultivate calm, clarity, and a sense of inner stillness you can carry into daily life.
$12 pp/$6 students, seniors.
