Each class includes a teaching and guided meditation in a series. You are welcome to attend all or any of the classes in each series. No previous experience is necessary, drop in anytime. Suitable for beginners and those more experienced. Everyone welcome!
Foundation Program (FP) offers a structured and thorough approach to learning modern Buddhism and taking meditation to a deeper level.
Wishfulfilling Jewel puja is our weekly offering to the Buddhas. We make prayers and requests to the wisdom Buddha Je Tsongkhapa along with a tsog offering (food) to the protector Buddha Dorje Shugden. If you wish, you can bring a vegetarian food offering.
