Learning to Meditate

Buddhist advice for a meaningful life

Sunday January 4th & 25th

12:30pm-1:30pm

**CLASS CANCELED DUE TO WINTER WEATHER WARNINGS** SEE YOU IN FEBRUARY!

Learning to meditate—let the resolution gently continue.
Buddha taught that lasting happiness arises not from outer circumstances, but from the quiet wellspring of inner peace. Meditation is the path that leads us there: a simple, steady practice that softens the mind, opens the heart, and brings meaning into everyday life.

Join us for this morning class as Donovan Acker, teacher from KMC Austin, shares Buddha’s wisdom for peace during the holiday season.
