Cultivate authentic happiness, actualize our greatest potential, and help others do the same.
In a world of distraction and stimulation, conflict and uncertainty, many people are struggling with their mental health and feel spiritually lost, overwhelmed and without meaning in their life.
During this evening talk, Noreen Flack Resident Teacher at KMC Austin will share Buddhist advice for developing a strong sense of purpose and the power to shape our own path. With this new confidence we can deal with life’s challenges and in time, become a meaningful example towards peace in the world.
